This page explains how to request deletion of data collected by Trued – field ballistics, published by Heimo. It is part of the Trued privacy policy.
There is no charge, and you do not need an account or an app installation to ask.
| Data | Where it is | Deleted on request | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crash reports — app version and build number, device platform and OS version, language setting, and the technical stack trace | Sentry, hosted in the European Union | Yes | Automatically deleted 30 days after it is received, whether or not you ask |
| Feedback sent from inside the app — the text you typed, with the same five tags. Your email address is not attached | Sentry, hosted in the European Union | Yes | Automatically deleted 30 days after it is received, whether or not you ask |
| Feedback sent by email — if in-app sending fails, Trued offers to hand the report to your own mail app instead. Because you send it yourself, that copy carries your email address, and whatever you add to the draft | Our mailbox at contact@heimo.ai, and a forwarded working copy used
to triage reports |
Yes — every copy | No automatic deletion. Kept until you ask us to delete it |
| Your rifle profiles, bullet data, environmental inputs and DOPE corrections | Your device only — never uploaded, and never included in a crash report or feedback | Not applicable — we never receive it | Kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app |
| Cards you exported — saved to your photo gallery, or shared to another app, messaging service or cloud drive | Your device's gallery, or wherever you chose to send them. We never receive them | Not applicable — we never receive them | These are not removed by uninstalling Trued. They are outside the app, so delete them where you saved or sent them |
| Account details, name, email contact list, advertising identifiers, location | Not collected at all | Nothing to delete | None |
Trued has no user accounts, so there is nothing to delete beyond the crash reports and feedback above. Uninstalling the app removes what Trued itself stores on your device. It does not remove cards you exported into your photo gallery or sent to another app — those left Trued when you saved or shared them, and only you can delete them.
Switching off Settings → Send crash reports and feedback stops Trued collecting anything new. One narrow exception: a report captured before you switched it off, but not yet delivered because the device was offline, can still be sent the next time the app starts.
Turning on Mission Mode stops all reporting regardless of that setting — automatic crash reports included, and any already-captured report still waiting to be sent, because it prevents the reporting library from starting at all.
